My ex's thick, turned obese aunt by blood and drop dead gorgeous uncle by marriage did it 'every once in a while'. They're divorced now because he cheated soon after. Go figure. A dyfunctional need to watch porn alone is one thing but to ASK your significiant other to watch that overrated crap WITH YOU is like your wearing your cheap walmart/avon cologne: A LITTLE TOO MUCH AND IT STINKS.

Me and my fiance had a difference of opinion on this subject for a long time. Eventually, i sat down and watched one with him. There was not alot of sexual interest but we laughed so hard at the dialouge these so called actors used. Xrated films are so predictable. They are good tools to open up a discussion on new things in the bedroom.

At any time when we've tried to watch one together we just snicker. Some of those films are hilarious and a few very cheesy. So, it is no longer a foul factor since laughing is good, but utilising them to have scorching steamy intercourse does not work for us.

I think it is a good thing. Spices things up and you may learn some tricks to try to keep your relationship running hot. I've heard a negative side may be if the woman has low self-esteem she may get jealous or resentful at the attention the girl on the screen is getting from their man, but realistically, it isn't like he is ever going to actually meet a porn star!

If it makes a partner uncomfortable then it's bad.
If it enhances your sex life and your bond, then it's great.
Couples don't always just start out watching porn. Sometimes its just part of the evolution of the relationship.
What is really good for couples to do is Communicate.

Not only is it good for you to watch them together, its even better if you see a position your both interested in trying and it turns into the best sex you've ever had...the only "bad" thing about watching a porno is if you have kids and they keep coming into the room...it kinda ruins the mood

Hey, if you are not hurting anyone and you both enjoy it, why not? The only problem I have is that the women in these "films" are often treated badly and have like a 99% rate of having been abused...I don't do it because that woman is someones daughter,sister, mother...whatever and there are better ways to make money.

A guy I dated for awhile was obsessed with porn. We couldn't have sex without a porn going. It made me feel useless, like a thing just laying there underneath him while he watched his dirty movies and used my body to get himself off. So Gross!! Everything is good in moderation. A little of that can spice up your sex life A LOT. But to much is just that.
