I think it is not the sex part they are feeling guilty about but the consequences of it. As if you are in a relationship and you cheat with some one else. I would feel guilty if that was me.

Sex is a purely physical act and therefore has no attached emotion. Making love is as much about the emotional aspect as the physical aspect.

I never feel guilty! I only feel relief from building pressure... if others can not handle that, they have a problem, not I.

The moral to that story is to not have sex if you know you will feel guilty about it.
I know people who don't have a conscience though and their actions effect everyone but themselves because they don't care. Avoid them like the plague.
