Who and when one can make Indians a disciplined corrupt-less society?

Prevention of Corruption Act defines taking and giving bribe is a crime punishable with sentence. The corruption has not gone into our blood even the soul is corrupted.Till this day there is not even a single case where a person is prosecuted for giving bribe. All these years the ACB is prosecuting only officials who take bribes. The ACB should initiate prosecuting people who are giving bribes as well. Then people hesitate to give bribes. Most of the time the people mainly the business community bribe the officers to get their job done out of turn.

Only people with will and proper education can do that. People should be ready to suffer, if their work is not done in a non-corrupt way. If the we are prepared to wait as long as possible to get the work done and go behind the officials. Do we really have so much of tolerance? This is the important thing. Don't ask others first see what you can do? Can you really do it? If every one in India is ready then only I will do it, is what you think then it will never happen.
Say I shall be the first to do it and whether others do it or not I shall do it kind of attitude should come in the people. That's when we can really make it. Just as Gandhiji did it. What so ever you do I am not going to be violent. The same kind of Satyagraha is what is required today. Can we all do it at the individual level?
Don't blame ACB or any one before blaming others think of your self. For your information I remember one case where both parties were booked, thats the JMM bribery case, in which our former PM, P V Narasimha Rao was booked for giving bribe.

A corruption free society has been the cherished goal of every society, of all civilisations and of all governments, all the time. Right from the days of Aristotle or Pluto the forms of govt. and systems of administration had been subject of inquiry and experimentation, of course without much success. Communism as a form of govt was once thought as an answer, which was not found to be true. In mythology, 'Ram-rajya' was described as an ideal form of govt; where there was no corruption, but this is fiction.
Practically, there are only two ways to have a corruption free government in this country. One alternative is, if God, who is supposed to know all truths and knows what is right and wrong, is made the absolute ruler. ( Of course he will not accept the offer, because he may have better things to do). The next best alternetive is if I am made the ruler or the Prime-minister of this country. Now, who wants results?

It will happen in an UTOPIA. India is not Utopia. So far the red tapism continues it is very difficult to erase corruption and we can minimise to a certain level and we had to choose honest people to govern our INDIA. We must take an oath that I won't give bribe and wait then India will become a less corrupt land

our soul is not corrupted,

we should first change ourselves,
we should not give bribe,
and if we are officers, we will not take bribe
that should come from heart and
only then we can have a disciplined society

and the most practical way,
is just increase salary
even the lower class people can have
enough money to fulfill their dreams
if u r hungry and u don't have food
u will do anything,
but once u have enough eaten
u can not eat more.....
so in matter of money, too
if govt. itself promises for ur security in all way
then nobody is going to take/give bribe.

no society in the world is free of corruption. Indians may be relatively more corrupt than others and that is may be due to the socio-economic condition of the people. but i have read about corruption at high level in most developed countries. corruption cannot be eliminated and it is not so bad as long as it doesn't harm the society.

it is possible only when the youth of India understand the importance of non-corrupt practices , when we all feel ashamed while comparing ourselves to countries like Singapore, we need minimum of 3 to 4 generations more to achieve this only if we begin now. There is a ray of hope if we all take our right to vote more seriously and honestly and avoid its gross misuse which is only leading to the prevailing corrupt politicians avoid using religions for political benefits.
