Create a website selling something or providing a service. I have thought of a few services that could me made into websites. if you ahve a website serve ads on it. It will pay out. The more visitors you have the more money. Remember Contens is key. An empty website will bring you no money. Also you can bundle adware programs in with downloads.

Join up for a variety of web sites and do some clicking, searching and buying. It can be slow, but can work. You can also sign up for a variety of survey sites that will pay you for doing the survey.
Of course this means an investment of time, getting a job is a far more reliable way of earning money.

A really good website i personnally love is www.treasuretrooper.com/190241 . No this isnt some auto message im actualy typing this, but it is a really cool site, you take surveys(Put your email in a little box, just make a few yahoo ones) then press done and voila you make money :)

Edit: This doesnt require a credit card or money to do, just your time and effort :)
