I don't know for sure if it was the last song he played but he did do a rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner", there was quite a controversy over it at the time.
EDIT:
I just found a site that verifies that the answer above is correct, it was indeed "Hey Joe". It was his 17th piece!
What a great weekend it must have been (despite the rain), an amazing lineup of artists.
Hendrix had insisted on being the last performer of the weekend.
He played "The Star Spangled Banner" 14th.

The link below is where you'll find the bands and the songs played:

How approximately something with Phil Keaggy and glass harp? Keaggy and glass harp recorded their first album Hendrix's electric powered woman Studios. of direction the project is that Hendrix died in England previously Phil recorded on the studios, Phil even has stated that Hendrix would have under no circumstances heard him play because of the fact of his early death. plenty for Jimi's rumored 'worlds maximum excellent guitar' remark in connection with Phil! something with greater credence, did Hendrix checklist something with Stevie Ray Vaughn? i comprehend that they performed mutually and Stevie did little wing, and voodoo newborn.
