In my gym my instructor alway insist to go for tablets which give best protien to our body and as per him it is very much needed to our body when we do regular exersise , is it ? I asked many of my friends but some well know said yes but they said to go for homely food protein mean household vegetables. Can you give me what is the best way to get best protein and from food which is the best protein which will help me out

Soyabin Is the Best and cheapest source of protien.you can get powder,biscuits,soya milk ect.
non veg is though good source but not safe,as non veg has 0% fibre,it has lot of harmful fats,also rich in toxic material,so avoid it.
Egg Is best source agian.,can have it.
do not add much protien as orotiens are recycled in body,you need not worry about too much intake.too extra intake may harm your kidneys,so have them just little more not to more.

Well, first of all, the worst place to obtain protein is from vegetables. Vegetables are mostly carbohydrates, not proteins.

The finest, purest, cheapest, easiest available source of 100% nutritional protein is......egg whites. That's why they give patients in hospitals that are low on nutrition, especially proteins, something called "albumin". Albumin is purefied egg whites.

Skip or avoid eating the egg yolks, they are very high in cholesterol. Eat only the egg whites...pure 100% cheap protein.

have soya protiens, they have the highest nutritious value. You can make daal, out of soya beans or crush them and extract thier milk and drink. Another good source of protien is chana and moong daal.

If you are a non-vegetarian, eat eggs atleast thrice a week and fish.

you have to take food rich in proteins(like cereals,milk products etc.,)
