Tell him u like him then if your friend flirts with him ask her why and to stop. If she doesnt (coming from a boys perspective) hit on the boy until he gets sick of you and your friend.

well i think that you should talk to her and figure out what is going on and then tell her that you don't want her to flirt with him because you like him even though she should already know that but i have been in the situation and i did what i am telling you to do and it work and me and the guy wound up going out

If he's not your boyfriend yet then you can't do anything about it sorry, but you should let your friend know how you feel about him...if she knows already and she's still flirting with him, then she's just mean...

If you really like your boyFriend(almost) and want to be with him talk with your friend make a story tell your friend that you love that boy (in your story) if she dosn't back off you are friend of her you must have her a weak point use it if you don't then find itttt..........

i used to have a friend like this in highschool. she did this with my high school boyfriend and then again with my first year of college boyfriend.... who i really liked/loved, may have had a great future with, and she sabotaged it all....
needless to say we aren't friends to this day. people like that you just HAVE to stay away from. and the guy you like hopefully likes you enough to want to stay away from her, and to not entertain her foolishness.
good luck. i don't think it is going to turn out well for you and your friend..... people like that don't easily change. they have issues.

If she is truly your friend you should be able to tell her how you feel so she will stop.If she doesn't, get a new friend!
