We clean our UPVC frames and guttering with windowlene (the pink window cleaner in the bottle) then we buff it off with a clean dry cloth. It works like magic.

You can buy proprietary uPVC cleaners from Betterware and the like, but car polish will do the job admirably. If there is a crusty deposit on the uPVC then use T-Cut first, and then finish off with a good quality car polish like Autoglym or similar. It's back-breaking work, but it looks good when done, and does protect the uPVC from going-off again too soon.

I cleaned mine the other day using the following: a soft handrush inside an old pillowcase to brush off all the loose dust; then a soft white cloth dipped in warm water with washing up liquid and some white vinegar, to get the grime off, followed by a wipe down with a dry white soft cloth. They came up like new.
