china is definitely winning the sprint but india is winning the marathon because it is a democracy...

india has a much higher youth percentage...and they speak english unlike the chinese...india falls behind in infrastructure though...china also has 10 times the foreign investment...its GDP is twice as that of india and is increasing at 10% while india is increasing @ 8.5%...indian army is no match for chinas...they have like 3 million soldiers...and airforce is embarrassingly outclassed...but i think we have a better navy.

anyway, the recent visit by the chinese prez has brought them closer and US needs to look out for a india-china-russia confederation

as someone pointed out innovation is definitely not seen in either country...the youth are sheep.

india needs to use china's 'one child per couple' rule too...but if i were the prime minister id try to educate people about 'parenting'...which is VERY VERY important...so id make it illegal to have a child without a license...ive personally seen super smart people being scewed by the 'system'...also, india needs to invest more in improving villages like china is doing...

and india needs to lose its 'spirituality' as quick as possible...denounce karma and the class system...india basically needs a plan...but with retards in power(except for the PM n finance ministern a few others), i doubt anything worthwhile will happen

'China has surpassed us, we owe them tons of money, India will be next in line, then Indonesia, and finally us, all in thee next 10 years, we will be in 4th running order, and look out for Russia also. look out USA. pride go eth before the fall.... rome all over.'

that is retarded...US will be the superpower for atleast 40 years...i dunno why you even mentioned indonesia...turkey and brazil would be better...india will be No.2 in 2090 or something...do you know US spends 20 times the money china spends on its defense?EVEN if china, russia and india attack US they will all lose...its not easy to become a superpower and it definitely wont happen in the next 10 years.

ps : im not so fond of russias economy

the problem with China is that it is not a democracy and until it is and the people of china are totally free they will not truly surpass the USA or any western nation. Ford pump out more cars than Ferrari, Ford are not a better motor company. it is all to do with quality and added value. if the people of China had the same average income as in the USA then they could not compete. for a nation to progress and evolve you need innovation and freedom of ideas, China does not have this, their citizens will cautiously follow the party line and take no risks. and so is dependent on the west for its ideas. what India should learn is that freedom and TOTAL equality of opportunity is necessary for a nation to be truly independent and create its own future. you know what I'm hinting at.

As the American ship sinks fast, thanks to Zionist grand designs which surely include the destruction of the United States like erstwhile USSR as soon as possible, USA along with the Zionist State of Israel, are going to be wiped off the map of the world like the erstwhile USSR. China is a rising supper star on the world stage.I feel America would be gone soon with the going of the Bush.Iran is, most likely the last straw that will break the American camel's back along with Israel as the former surely also has the nuclear capability to do the final act. If anyone does not believe this, just look at the ease and confidence with which the Iranian leaders are reacting and speaking. They talk of wiping Israel off the map of the world.Make no mistake. But Bush and the Zionists are simply unstoppable, hence the result is obvious!

In the global market already the power of US Dollar is on a slump, so USA be aware unless you learn from your mistakes , you will be number zero. Super power always does not mean Nuclear power , it means much more .

Last but not the least both countries are to be watched by many nations which is in a Joy of Pride as of today.

Every dog will have its day, as they say. China is having its day now. soon it will be India and the wheel will turn full again. This is the nature`s law.

I should presume you are an Indian . Just pose this question yourself. Some of world`s oldest university and teaching centres were in India , particularly Bihar in India. By that logic today , Bihar should ahve the best of literacy and education now. What happened?

India will come up on its own. They donot have to copy China. They will grow on their own innate strength.

china leading tha race because of their awareness in all fields i.e. electronics, automobiles etc. therir democracy is making some things mandatory which are for their countries and their growth. as the poppulation of china is more than the available resources each person will try to achieve perfection as to achieve jobs for their success. everybody wiil try hard at their best. but in india our democracy has given a lot of frredom to common people. and there are no mandatory rules in india.
for example. china has reduced there poppulation rate by making mandatory that one child per couple versus in india government asking two childs per couple still no change.so india will top in poppulation and china in rest others.
finally everybody should think about country .........

Just to jest a bit.... the Chinese are no longer indulging in Philosophy.

Seriously speaking, the Chinese are the future super power because they are an advanced race, a hard working people and culture of doing rather than talking meaninglessly.... even when they talk, it is more purposeful than action!!
