He is divorcing me, I'm not divorcing him, he got caught with his pants down, lost his penis (see my last question asked), and is lashing out at the world.

depends are where you are from. Cali has alamony, AZ goes off of both your earnings. really depends on how much money you were pulling in, divide that by half, and that's typically what you'll get. If you didn't work then you get nothing because you didn't put any money into the home or the cost of living.

Kinda hate to tell you this but you aren't "entitled" to anything. In general, assets that are accumulated in a marriage are split equally but those decisions are made by agreements between your and his attorneys, by the two of you reaching agreement (and then being accepted by the divorce court) or, by the divorce court after trial. It's not a slam dunk by any means unless the two of you reach agreement. And, any connection between justice and court decisions are purely coincidental.

You are entitled to half his sh*it, regardless of who was right or wrong. Take him for as much as he has. It does not matter if the house is in his name. You will probably have to sell it and split whatever is left over after paying off the loans.

i am not sure that you will be awarded much. a 3 year marriage is not very long. you can point out that you did a lot of the renovations or paid for them. that would help your claim somewhat.

Ask yourself, what contribution have you made to the house? Have you contributed to it's present value? Yes , then you are entitled to some money. No , then sling your hook
