(*laughter*) Well, I have a hard time writing my annual review because I feel idiotic saying what I've done well over the year.
However, I've learned to SAY what is a fact. It probably sounds boastful and egotistical, but I try to keep to the measurable facts. If I'm asked things that aren't quantifiable, like "Are you pretty?" My reply is usually something like...well, I don't need to wear a paper bag over my head.
A little ego is a healthy thing. A lack of ego is total misery.
