I mean, in my opinion society makes it seem as if there are only female groupies in exsistance. I dont recall hearing anything about male groupies for female celebs.

In my medium-sized career as a professional musician, I have had male groupies, and known other female artists who had male groupies. Would I want to have sex with them? Not on a tintype. However, they were, on the whole, less foul than the female groupies. Why is it an advantage to be pursued by people I am not interested in?

Not nearly like men have groupies...
I can't say that I understand why, but I've worked with dozens of athletes and while the women occasionally get stalked, they don't get the hoards.
