Oh of course....there's one particular sample who comes to mind....Aishwarya Rai. She may be the 'most beautiful woman on earth', but when it comes to acting, she needs a director who can keep her on a firm leash (like Mr. Bhansali of 'Devdas'), because left to her own devices, the woman is intolerably pathetic.

The main thing you need to make it in this business is talent and chutzpah not to mention star quality.Only star children get a chance even if they are not talented for example Uday Chopra, Tushar Kapoor , Amrita Arora, Amisha Patel. etc. etc.
