Take a dance lesson. I'm sure there are many places in your city where they teach tango.

Most ballroom dance studios have wedding lessons. Find a studio near you on www.ballroomdancers.com
It is good if you take some group classes just to get more experience.

Ballroom studios routinely advertise "wedding packages" exactly for this situation. You can learn tango, but they can also choreograph a tango routine for you, if that's what you're looking for.

My fiance and that i are going to classes at Fred Astaire. they fairly coreograph your first dance for you, so this is a few thing classy, and under no circumstances the typicaly "we gained't dance" shuffle. i imagine this is totally properly worth it. this is really some hundred money, and also you get a handful of deepest classes, and some "celebration nights" the position different couples are there dancing as well.
