The best is Chess, as it will sharpen your thinking. It is helpful to you in many ways. This is the game which teaches you leadership qualities, tackling adverse conditions, and constantly keeping on the move while protecting your self from the outside attacks. So I would say chess is the best game.

Always try to play Brain teaesr puzzle games or Board games. Chess may be better option.
