Buy a product called gameshark.
Rig the game using the CD and input the necessary code (search the code at gamefaqs.com or any cheat website).

A word of WARNING: anything that can be obtained instantly and quick always have a risk. There is a possibility that you might damage your PS2 system when you used gameshark (consider yourself WARNED).
