I've been in your situation, sort of.
Focus your mind on other things. Most people say to focus on the bad aspects of the person who broke your heart. That doesn't work too well, because you then think of the good things about the person, and are thereby thinking of the person. DON'T think about him.
Do good to yourself. While you're forgetting him, go for a style change, a new look. Do something fun that you couldn't do while you were with him.
Finally, be at peace with this breakup. If you broke up, it was maybe because you weren't meant to be. It's time to move on and establish other relationships, with friends, and another significant other.
