You can buy them in any shpping area, at shops which sell gift items.
You can also get them in dollar shops these days.

However, the best place for christmas shopping is Hill Road, Bandra. There are many shops as well as road side vendors who sell good stuff at competitive rates....and there is a lot of variety too.

In Andheri East, you can check out JB Nagar shops - not as good as Hill Road, but some pretty good stuff there too.

You can also check out Crawford Market where you may get them at wholesale rates.
