If you've tried everything, even ones suggested by others answering today, then do what you need to do to remove yourself from the problem - permanently. Even if it means quitting a job you love, do it.

I speak from experience. I had a problem with a working relationship. I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I told others, and they couldn't figure it out, either. I stuck with it in the hope that everything would eventually work out. It didn't. It got worse. And now I'm paying for it with my health, even though the other person has left the organization. Every time I think about what happened, and how it affects me even today, I get stomach cramps - sometimes I even get sick to my stomach.

Get out - it's not worth the damage it will do to your health.

I take a walk for a hour and when I come back, I take hot a bubble bath with lavender essential oil in it, stay there until the water is cold. Then, I drink a chamomile tea, while listening to a classical music like Zen Breakfast. That's about it.

I would cry my heart out first... then try and figure it out. I would also would write it down in my journal.

Sometimes... sharing is better than keeping it to yourself... even if others can't help, it feels like a load off your shoulders...

Let go and let God. Let go of negative thoughts, ignore them or say to your mind,"cancel that thought". Read peale's book on positive thought and affirmations. State to your mind, with faith, I have good health, thank you God. No more no less, then let go of it. Affirm; I have solved all my problems, I know why i had this problem. Let it go. Affirmations positivly stated with faith are the most powerful prayers one can make. Faith is knowing though not yet seen. MIND, I LET GO NEGATIVE THOUGHT.

I walk around bobbing my head up and down. Then I step in my own poop. Then I scare some kids. Then I'm dinner!
