Yes! I always think good times are about to come! It's good to look forward and focus on the good things that happen in life.

Honestly, I think that bad times are ahead of us. The only reason is because I look at the state of our little Earth, looking at every aspect, and I see that we're going down a path that will ultimately lead to our destruction. This will only be true if we do nothing to change it. You ask: "Do you feel like 'good times are coming'?" Really, you have to make those good times come. They won't just come to you on their own. I believe strongly in the saying "You are what you make yourself to be" and that's ultimately what we are doing. We're turning into selfish, greedy, evil human beings. I look at the way people act towards each other, and that is what I see. I'm guilty of it myself. In my past I was the same way, but now I see the err of my ways, and am trying to change my life for the better. Eventually, I want to try to change the WORLD for the better.

And that's my two cents...

techniquely yes, first i think about what would make myself be better, then i figure out what steps should take to achieve them, but the problem is whether i really take action, and i can tell you i haven't started but soon i will.

good times are created by yourself, if people are in bad times now then the people need to change.
