at ENGLISH-----------he is good at speaking, writing the language

at school------------where he is right now

They mean different things:
He is at the airport means he isn't here or anywhere else. He is in means inside the building, not outside it.
He is at school, as above, means he not at home or anywhere else but school. He is in school means he is attending full-time education and not yet in the workforce.

To avoid dilemmas like this you could try rephrasing:
* his English i sgood, he speaks English very well etc

if the person is inside the school then ,'he is in the school ' this is correct . u think practically then u only get the answer for Ur own question

The more gramatical correct sentence is:

He is at the airport.
He is good at english.

he is at school. if u sed good in english then it wud refer to his behaviour, if u sed he was good at english then he wud be gud at the subject
