Yes, it will be visible. In fact, we have more bacteria in our body than "human" cells... and you see some of those bacteria every time you go to the bathroom!

if you have plaque on your teeth, that's bacteria living in what's called a biofilm. Even a veeerrry small portion of the bacteria in the world would be visible. So brush your teeth!
