Its called a brulek in general but obviousy differs in languages and dialect, I have also heard it refered to as a brukin.

uhhh i know this 1. 2000000 years ago a monk in the himalayan mountains found a bell shaped piece of metal and a little metal ball he put the little metal ball inside the bell shaped piece of metal and heard a ringing noise as he rode the goat down the hill and as his name was monk bell he decided to call the bell shaped piece of metal with the little ball inside after his surname ie bell
