I already have a sellers account I sell dvds, cds and video games. How do I become a powerseller?

to become a power seller.
1. You have to maintain 98% positive feedback
2.Uphold the eBay community values, including honesty, timeliness and mutual respect
3.Average a minimum of $1000 in sales per month, for three consecutive months
4.Achieve an overall Feedback rating of 100, of which 98% or more is positive
5.Have been an active member for 90 days
6.Have an account in good financial standing
7.Comply with all eBay listing and marketplace policies
8.Achieve a minimum of 4 average monthly listings for the past 3 months

Check with E Bay but I think you have to have 1000 possitve feedbacks.
