There are NO man-made structures that can be seen with the naked eye from the moon.

The Great Wall of China can be seen from low-Earth orbit, although it is difficult to do, because the Wall is made from natural materials from the local region that blend in with the surrounding terrain. Also visible from low-Earth orbit are a number of large open pit mines, cities, major airports, etc.

But no man-made structures can be distinguished from the moon. None. Zero.

The only thing you can see from the moon is a beautiful sphere, mostly white (clouds), some blue (ocean), patches of yellow (deserts), and every once in a while some green vegetation. No man-made object is visible on this scale. In fact, when first leaving earth's orbit and only a few thousand miles away, no man-made object is visible at that point either.Great Wall seen while on the moon is a myth.

You can't see any human made structures from the moon. From Earth orbit the Great Wall of China is visible, a giant KFC adverstisement in Nevada, maybe the Panama Canal.

The Great wall of China cannot be seen from orbit, much less the Moon. The largest manmade structures are artificial lakes (Lake Mead, Lake Powell, Lake Nasser) which are large eough to be and pit mines (Chuquicamata in Chile, Kennecott Copper Mine in Utah). They can be seen from orbit. It is doubtful that they can be seen from the moon. Lunar craters of that size are not visible from Earth.
