I have probelms all the time,and cannot change to Sky as I live in a flat and sky dishes are not allowed o nthe outside of the building. the set topt box is always going off and when that happens you have to sit in your home for hours with no tv...! Rubbish it is!

You are fortunate indeed to live in an NTL cabled ares, my friends are envious of me. Firstly NTL don"t interrupt any programmes but their own. They provide a service like any other except that it is through state-of =the-art fibre optic cable not old fashioned copper wire.. As they have taken over the other cable supplier and have stakes in Virgin, they are in the unique position of supplying EVERYTHING. and as everything belongs to them if something goes wring, a phone call is all that is required. If I had remained with BT they could not have given me TV

yes i have all three with ntl, its useless, but sky charge £60 for a call out thats why we changed, my internet sometimes doesnt work, and they keep cutting me off even though ive paid every bill on time!

Not with my tv or phone line but I've just lost internet access for the best part of 3 days. I rang them and they said there was a problem in the area and there was nothing they could do for now! Priceless! Eejits.

i'm with ntl,don't really have problems with phone line,but the tv channels keep changing over themselves and sometimes screen just goes blank.

omg i had ntl and had the same problems
i transfered to bt and went with sky have had no problems since

NTHell - that's a good description! They are the worst company of any type in Europe. They are impossible to contact and I had such a hellish time with them that I hope the managing director's testicles shrivel up and fall off in time for Christmas.
