Ur keyboard has come est to American use the ways they all noted above.

Or alternatively use DOS to change it by typing CHCP into DOS and resetting it there which you can also customis the keyboard to exactly how u want it.

sounds like it has booted into spanish keyboard settings as that what im usin. you need to go to control panel languages and settings and set the keyboard from there

Try to change the language of your key board may be you are using American English.

It is set for US keyboard if " appears when you press @ and @ appears when you press ".
