Dude, I agree, cookies and milk laced with a way overdose of sleeping pills, like the sleepy time pudding that cult was going to use when the Hale Bob commit thing was going to pick them up. Kovorcian will maybe be paroled we could put him to work. Oh wait, it's all clear to me now, old boy Jeeebs a Bush, it was another botch job from a clan member of greedy no good pigs that do not value anything over there personal greed and lust for power and control. They have no respect or concern for anything or anyone beyond there own selfish goals.

Awe, poor guys are getting the needle for crimes they committed. I think after they are found guilty of the crime and put on Death Row, they should have 1 week to say Good bye to family and put them to death. Do away with the many appeals they have. Why should the tax payers pay for these people to sit in jail, eat 3 squares a day, heating and air, T.V provided for them, when we have babies & kids starving everyday in the U.S. Put in Express lanes.. Line them up and get it over with. If the needle is to harsh , bring back the gas chamber, hanging, or firing squad. As far as the milk & cookies... Give them cookies.. no milk.. maybe they will choke to death and we wont have to waste a needle.

On a personal note, if any state orders that someone be sentenced to die isn't that the same as comitting murder? Murder is defined as someone who willfully takes anothers life. So if a state willfully takes anothers life who holds them responsible for comitting a murder as for the milk and cookies any inmate who is on death row shouldn't have the right to anything, they should be put to death like in the old fashioned days where towns stoned them or they were publicly hanged. Why should they get special treatment, they shouldn't even get a burial, burn the roaches why have them take up good soil.

I like the idea of "The Running Man" myself. Why not make a TV show out of it --- we do with everything else --- and pit death row inmate vs death row inmate until each inmate is either dead or has faced and won battles against 50 other inmates. Anyone who survives all 50 battles is given a full pardon and sent to Iraq for a 6 month tour on the front lines and then released. Might as well make money off of it. -----------
On second thought , lets just shoot them or hang them like we used to and broadcast it like we do football so the public can see justice being done.

I think the final meal should be decided by and served on a platter by the victims family (be it milk, cookies, cyanide, broken glass, tacks, or even a pistol for the criminal to wrap his lips around).

Personally (and I know some people will consider me barbaric and primitive for this), I think that we should go back to public executions - hangings and the like. The death penalty in the U.S. has become such a delayed, overburdened, appeal-laden process that it's not even a deterrent for crime anymore. It's just a joke.

you mean violent? i know what you mean about people going easy on them, they even get a last meal, and them getting the needle or whatever they use from state to state costs too much, it should cost next to nothing..it's just another way the man sticks it to the people..anyway, i think it's tradition to give them a last meal.
