The company is going around asking people to buy their share. The company is base in China. Is it a company worth investing in?

Well there is an Xcel Solar in the USA which is a power co and they are trying to setup a large solar power system to supply Denver. Then there is the Xcell in China. You have to keep in mind that everyone wants people to buy their stocks.

But everything is still moving to china along with our jobs. So most any thing in China for the next few years will will be a good bet. But after they unlock their currency from the US Dollar they might not be as good of an investment.

It is like Japan was for years anything from japan was a great investment but when they are no longer a 3rd world country business will start moving some where else where labor is cheap.

You toss the penny and call it. Could be good for a little while and could be great for long haul.
