You can. But they are not a very attractive plant and may detract from the beauty of the other flowers in the arrangement.

In some countries, mistletoe is considered a parasitic weed...and therefore, you cannot purchase it. Although it may have colonized an area following introduction by mistletoe lovers; in which case you can find it in the wild.

Just don't include the berries. The berries are poisonous.
