I did have that. I would drink the carnation instant breakfast ( the vanilla flavored powder add with milk) and later I was ready to eat. I would also have some sprite before I eat and that would help. My doctor told me just to eat small meals throughout the day. I would also remember that if I didn't eat I might have a small baby and I wanted to make sure that my baby was healthy.

Me too. I knew why I could not eat (plain old stress) we argued about everything. I found out why, not much longer after that.... and it was because my x-husband was having an affair with his co-worker. Just before I found out, we fought all the time. (even over dog food) Everything was a battle. I ended up in the hospital with an ivy to make me eat and I was dehydrated.

Not that this is your problem but stress sure does not help matters at all.

Take it easy and yes, do force yourself to eat. Please be-careful and take care. That baby needs his mama.

I'm 3 months pregnant, and have gone thru the same thing. since getting pregnant i have lost 17 lbs. I understand you feel like youre going to get sick if you eat...i went thru the same thing, however, we both know we wont, so force yourself to eat. Make it count, even if it is small portions. Get prenatal vitamins, * i take prenate elite* eat some green veggies,(broccolli and the such, which are high in folic acid, which is good for the babies brain and everything) oranges, and other things that are going to be good for you, and take your prenates at the same time. you wont get sick, but im already regretting not eating, i am very anemic, plus im fighting gestational diabetes, it sucks...but you have to force yourself to eat. oh and if your boyfriend doesnt change, quickly, dump his ***, the stress of fighting is bad for you and the baby. after you have the baby if he wants to get back together, and be decent, then go for it, but dont risk your babies life.

Yeah that's pretty common. Some women actually lose weight during the first trimester. Don't worry, you'll feel better and get your appitite back in a few weeks. The baby will be fine. Congratulations!

just forget your man, i had to. now im 18 and i have kind of come to terms with the fact that im gonna be a single mother. i work and im independant, none of my parents are there really. u should suck on ginger it stops the sickness. be careful cos you will end up in hospital like my cousin, she is 7 weeks and she feels sick like that too she just came out of hospital, on the drips......... i neva had no sickness thank god for that. just eat so you dont lose weight and dont even fight with ur man, i been doin that from day 1. he even puts his hand on me even though im 20 weeks pregnant he is an idiot. just let him be an idiot, wen the baby comes he is gonna see
