blue smoke means it is burning oil.....it could be worn out rings or a scored cylinder wall or a worn out gasket.....a number of things
also alot of V-6's only have two sets of rings.....allowing oil into the cylinder when the engine is at high rpms.....
not sure what engine you have

the dew is just condensation...it is natural for most motors..especially in colder months

Condensation (dew) is normal at start up, if it burps blue smoke at start up only, it is worn valve guides, switching to a heavier oil should slow it down a lot. (like 12-40w)

Its probably burning oil so watch the oil level

Blue is rings, my x was a master mechanic. I could be wrong.
