No, it is durable. But do not buy bargain leather funrniture, it doesn't have the foundation.

If you buy leather, buy High end.

Leather furniture seems to generally be used most for offices. I don't think it's tacky, and it's easier to clean too. It's just that when you're sittin on it for a while with your skin touching it, and you go to get up..ya kinda stick to it lol....

some leather furniture is really tacky.....If you can afford to buy really nice leather then buy a piece or two....either buy a nice sofa or just a chair and ottoman.....don't buy a whole set of leather furniture...that is tacky.....compromise....good luck

I think it's cold in the winter and sticky in the summer. And not very warm and inviting. But it's all about one's own personal taste. Well Good Luck furniture shopping!

It depends. It's not my taste. That said, if you're into more modern decor it would look fine. If you have a mismatched living room going on, then it does have a tendency to look tacky.

No, not at all. It's hard to keep clean but it's really nice. If he doesn't like regular leather, you might have him try suede instead. Suede is more expensive but it feels really nice.

Yuck, it can be sticky, hot, or cold to us females.
I don't like it for comfort, and it can make a noise
with bare skin contact.
