Hi,
Why don't you try Skype.... Is a cheaper option to make calls abroad. You just need to download the program and pay with paypal or credit/debit cards! I do that... I always call abroad with it and the price of the call is so cheap (cheaper than calling to a mobile in the UK)!!

They will show you the prices to all the places in the World. Plus you can make calls whenever you want!!!
