Not that I remember. If you could give us an idea of what the episode was maybe we could let you know if it was him or someone else. There was an episode where Melvin Belli (he looks a little like Andy Griffith) played an evil angel. Perhaps that was it.

Not according to any source I can find. Nor do I recall seeing him in any episode, although I did miss some Voyager and most of Enterprise so it could have been there. However, something like that is highly unlikely to get missed by imdb, given the number of obsessive fans of the show, sooner or later, it would get corrected.
