im taking a diet pill and muscular strenght pill.

You can crush most pills and get the same effect and quicker at that. There is nothing wrong with crushing the pills UNLESS the bottle says not to. You can also call the pharmacist and ask if your pills are enteric coated. If they are a prescription then the bottle should tell you if you can crush them or not. If they were over the counter then take it to the pharmacist and they can tell you. There is not such friggin thing as watering down a pill lol. The reason for the enteric coating is to make the pills desolve in the intestines instead of the stomach.

no absolutely not! definetly DONT do that unless you talk to your pharmacist and he/she says its ok. some pills are covered in a special coating that is responsible for how much drug gets delivered into your body at a time. This prevents overdose and helps you maintain a constant supply of drug. By crushing the pill you remove the protective coat and will give yourself an overdose causing a bunch of bad things.
