im moving to san antonio next year and i'm wondering where is the best hospital for a registered nurse to work at? i currently work in the ICU of a busy los angeles downtown area hospital. is the pay ok?does it pay more to work in critical care? do they pay time and a half overtime after 8 hours(on a 12hr shift)? how are the military hospitals? can a civilian work there? thanks for any input!

I am not a nurse, but I do know Christa Santa Rosa is advertising for RNs right with a good hiring bonus. You will love San Antonio! Its a great town. I moved here 5 years ago and am very happy living here.
