you should have e the Patience to hear the people and also to understand the problem. If at all you think the problem is difficult to hand then you should have the verbal communication skill to tell the person and group and the courage to handle the matter lawfully and satisfactorily in favor of the mass.

you should be first having a full knowledge about the subject your group deals with...you should respect other persons views and you should correlate your ideas with the members of the group..entirely..it is you that should be the model for the group members of your group and also other groups..
