First, you have to understand the speech. MLK was speaking of a time when everyone would be treated equally, and not judged by skin color. You can use this same idea to discuss the conflicts in South Africa (they just made the movie Blood Diamond) or relate it to another form of prejudice here in the US (ex: gay rights.)
