I own 8 guitars and every one is the greatest in its own right.They all have individual characteristics that make them the best at what they do.But if I can only pick one,it would be the Fender Stratocaster.It was and is the choice of Jeff Beck,Eric Clapton,Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan.If it was good enough for those guys,I'd say it is good enough for the rest of us mere mortals

That's up to the player. Every guitar has certain peculiar characteristics, and you have to choose by trying out many types and brands to find the one you feel fits your hand and fingers most comfortably. It all boils down to individual taste and choice.

any guitar that my husband is playing. he loves playing so much that he can pick up any guitar and make it sound good. Guess I am just a little sentimental since he isn't here w/ me right now :)

Paul Reed Smith is one of the finest made but you can't go wrong with the extremely versatile Fender Stratocaster.
