Low sex drive could be caused by a number of things. @ most common are health problems or too much of working on yourself. If it is the second reason, try abstaining from any sexual activity for a few weeks and then resume only with partner.Hope this helps.

Yes and if anybody tells you different they are lying or a 16 year old male. Best thing is think about sex alone and fantasize. don't get discouraged we are not taught this in sex ed. also make sure you are getting adequate sleep and evaluate your stress levels. stress from any part of your life ie. work, relationships love or friends, children or money can affet alot more than we give credit for. If my dishes are piling up all I can think about is how much I don't want to tackle the job. Not very sexy thoughts. Give yourself a break and take your time.

I have been living in an area where there are a limited number of women that I am attracted to being that they are predominately of Asian descent. They are beautiful women however they just don't do it for me as a whole. I thought there was something wrong with me until I went on vacation to places like Las Vegas and California where there was a much diverse group of women. I talked to other people who have moved here from other areas and they have expressed the same notions. This is just my own personal POV, but hope it helps you understand that it's ok.

medications are a good cause of a sudden drop in sex drive. Any kind of anti depressant, anti convulsants, SSRI, MAOI, drugs like these are the main ones. If that isn't it then maybe stress. Birth control and hormones can also cause it.

Well, sometimes medications like antidepressents and give u a low dex drive. or anxiety depression or a medical issue. I would talk to your urologists about it. There is medication they can give you to help with that. sometimes its a matter of changing the medications you are on. I would see your dr. He can help you. Good luck.
