I think in her 50's and still marketing herself to the teen set is looking kind of dumb to me. Shouldn't she just step a side to give other people a chance at the spotlight?

Gee, I'm in her age group and the only song she did that I'd liked was the version done by Weird Al. I respect that she is so rich she can profess socialism for the rest of us, but I don't know anybody who bought her albums. Where do these celebrities come from?
Are they produced to replace real musicians or what?
Maybe she should stop hanging out and start wearing a bra....
(and I mean a Playtex, not a hard black pointy bra...)

Who said MTV was just aimed at teens. I for one admire Madonna and always will. She is not quite 50 yet either and it really makes no difference what age she is, she still knocks out good tunes, people still buy her singles and she can sell out a concert within a few hours. Until that stops happening, I don't think she should give up any time soon. If you have a problem with that, then don't watch or listen, quite simple really. HTH : )

just to let you know...while most teens watch MTV and it is targeted toward teens that doesn't mean that people who aren't teens cannot be on it..MTV stands for MUSIC TELEVISION I'm pretty sure Madonna is a musician and a pretty good one at that. i don't even like Madonna but I'm sorry why shouldn't she be on MTV, plus she doesn't look a day over 35!
