I would like to help you, but the question is very ambiguous. But still let me try.

This is what I understand,
We have a 67% Alcohol solution. We need to make it 72% Alcohol solution. You want to know how much Alcohol should be added to make it 72%. If that is the question, then the following equation should help you,

0.67(x) + (y) = 0.72(x+y)
0.28y = 0.05 x
y = 0.05/0.28 * x
y = 0.17851x

This means that for every 100 mL of 62% Alcohol, add 17.851 mL of 100% Alcohol to make the resultant mixture, 72% Alcohol.

To get to 72% alcohol from 67% alcohol you need to add a solution which is more than 72% alcohol, or you need to add the 67% solution to a solution greater than 72%.
