I have been given two notices for answering questions

Here we're in the same boat. I get about 15 to 20 violations a week. I've been suspended 4 times. It ain't no big thing.

And, for the record, I'm not violating anybody. Don't have the time.
Now watch me get violated for 'chatting'.

I have no idea. I just received a violation notice for answering a question, " In The Man With The Golden Gun, what is the name of Scaramanga's butler?
I gave the name of the butler (I think it was Oddjob) and got a violation notice for "not a question or an answer." What a laugh. It appears that one of the two irritants who "know all about South Africa" but who don't live here, and were suspended for not sticking to the Yahoo terms of service many times are trying to get the Proud South Africans back.
Oh well. It's good for laughs.

Well, somebody sure doesn't like us South Africans. I've had two questions removed this past week. And it doesn't make any sense to me either. The reasons don't justify the violation. My question: "What is the worst scandal South Africa ever faced?" was pulled for reasons "that are violent, racist, incendiary, or otherwise objectionable." Can you imagine? The other one got pulled for chatting, which I agree with in some respect. But the chatting didn't come from the question. It came from the answerers!

I'm not sure, but yeah, its ridiculous. I've received one for using some Afrikaans in the remark with my question. After writing to the website, I just got a reply that they "can't enter into dialogue about the issue". Almost as untouchable as rugby refs.
