My sister wants me out of her house next year and I am in desparate need of a place to stay so I need to get an apartment next year but I have little money saved up and not so good credit. So I don't know where I am going to live. I need help. Is there anyone out there in yahoo land who is a christian who lives in a safe part of Jackson, MS who is in need of a roommate next year: who is female and between 24 and 26:)

Don't worry - many landlords do not do credit checks, as long as they are sure you have a regularly paying job. Get yourself two or three people who would write nice characer reference letters for you.

Until your credit improves, look through the classifieds for roommate wanted ads.
Post a flyer at your church, indicating you are seeking a room for rent.
You are not ready for an apartment, you need a room .

Kate is right. You may also advertise yourself under ROOM WANTED in the classified. Sometimes people with space will answer those ads who are not willing to put an ad in themselves for fear of who may answer. Asking for such a small age range for a room mate is going to severely limit your chances.
