In a way, yes, but in a way, no. You cannot trade Pokemon in the Mystery Dungeon games, but, using a wonder mail code or a rescue code, you can trade missions. If you resucue someone on a rescue mission via wireless communication, however, you can recieve items from other players rather than just in-game characters.

There is no way to trade. If you're worried about Pokemon that usually evolve by trading in the normal games, there is a rare item called "Link Cable" in late-game dungeons. If you're worried about the version-specific Pokemon, there are Wonder Mail codes from www.gamefaqs.com that have the Pokemon as the client; once the mission is completed, that Pokemon will appear in dungeons.
