I just can't decide - I like the wider screen on the psp though but would like to hear your thoughts.

PSP is a much more complete item, woth umd movies, mp3 player and more. Other than the touch panel feature their is not much new about the ds lite.

Also i am a hard-core sony fan so i would say that.

i personally prefer the ds. even with the umd playability of the psp, i could just buy a dvd for the same price and it's playably on every piece of machinery i have including my ipod. the umd will only play on the psp.

i've also had friends buy the psp and then return it and buy a ds. friends who like playing the playstation.

but then again, it goes as the previous guy said. just buy the system that has more of the games you like.

the DS.

check this link.

It is for people of all ages. Whatever age you are you can find something that you like.

DS is starting to appeal to older groups with their Brain games... PSP is made mainly for the typical 16-24ish group.

DS has a grrreeeat variety of games. Also, if you see a cool japanese game you like(I can't understand Japanese but I buy Japanese games) you can buy it for your DS because it is not region coded.

You can surf the internet with your DS. You can put pics on your DS.

Lunar Knight
Diddy kong raceing
Kirby squeak squad
Final fantasy crystal chronicals: ring of fate
CustomRobo
Hotel dusk
Xenosage 1&2
Pokemon d&p
Rune factory
Ys Strategy
Harvest moon
Tales of the Tempest
ASH
Gunpey
Tingle RPG
Wairo: master of disgues
Project hacker
Castlevania por
Chibi robo: park patrol
Baten kaitos ds
Dragon quest joker
Pheonix wright: justice for all
Winning eleven pro evolution soccer 2007
Legend of Zelda: phantom hour glass
Spectrobes
Dk: King of swing
Lost in Blue 2
Raid over River
Heroes of mana
final fantasy 12: revent wings
woderful world
professor layton

honestly... why pay reg price for a movie that you can only see on the PSP's small screen?

I say get the one which has games you like. For example, I personally prefer Nintendo DS because of Final Fantasy III, Animal Crossing, Warioware, etc. I also have PSP but I don't play it as much as my DS. Sure, the PSP is more attractive, but its purpose is to play games, so pick a system with games geared more toward your taste.

I think they are both great but the DS in my opinion has better games such as New Super Mario Bros., Mario Kart DS, and Pokemon Ranger. However, if you are the type of person who likes shooting games, then choose the PSP. It's your choice, not anyone else's choice.

I chose the DS.

It was the best decision I ever made. Very creative. Very fun. Very easy to use, it's not as heavy as the PSP, plus a lot less expensive.
