How do you know you have firewall?

Where is this firewall? In your PC? In your router? Elsewhere?

How would disable it if you don't know where it is?

if you are talking about the built in firewall in your system
bring up the firewall and look for a button to disable or
unconfigure it .... but that is obvious so ...

the problem is you cannot do anything unless you have control of the firewall yourself?

there is a thing called tunnelling that takes a normal known port and sends other traffic through it using special programs, but i think that is above your level.

it is important when you ask a question like this that you do
not start with an assumpion ... ie. that you have to disable a
firewall to do something you want to do.

what you do instead is to start with the thing you want to
do and explain the problem you are having, and then ask
for help or ideas?
