SOUTH. Arsenal, Chelsea, ????? Dunno
Man Utd and liverpool have won a 1/4 of all the top division titles in england so the north is the best. also won a large percentage of FA cups, Champion Leagues ( european cups pre CL )
The south is a long way off the north in terms of sport on the whole,
