Look into the mirror and say "nipple" 3 times slowly. "Peach fuzz" works well too. I wish you success!!

You should just break it out... it starts with a little twitch in the cheek area... then a little more and the muscles pull tight... hey who knew? A smile like you meant it.

Be careful though, this is very easily done wrong, and it can turn into a grimice. (Dear God, I hope it doesn't look like the purple guy on the McDonalds commercials.)

Ok so, just do it, but please DO NOT turn purple and pear shaped...
